These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Artist Daniyal Qureshi's Website, located at https://art.daniqureshi.com.

By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. Shipping

  • Orders are shipped within 3–5 business days.

  • Domestic (Canada) flat rate: $30 CAD. (Subject to change with time)

  • International shipping is available to select regions; costs and delivery time may vary.

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs or import duties.

2. Returns and Refunds

  • All physical canvas art sales are final due to the original, handmade nature of the artwork.

  • Interactive art devices are eligible for a full refund within 60 days of delivery in the event of any manufacturing defect.

  • Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of delivery with photo proof.

  • We do not refund for buyer’s remorse or custom work.

3. Pricing

  • All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

  • Currency conversion may apply for international buyers.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Ownership and Use

  • All artworks and designs remain the intellectual property of the artist.

  • Buyers may not reproduce or resell the artwork without explicit permission.

Commission Policy

We offer commissioned artwork upon request, depending on the artist's availability and scope of the project.

1. Request Process

  • Clients must submit a written request describing the theme, dimensions, and desired delivery timeline.

  • The artist will review and respond with a quote and estimated timeline.

  • A non-refundable deposit (typically 30–50%) is required to initiate the commission.

2. Timeline

  • Standard turnaround is 3–6 weeks depending on complexity and workload.

  • Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.

3. Revisions

  • One minor revision may be offered during the early sketch or concept phase.

  • Major revisions or changes after painting begins may incur additional charges or be declined.

4. Ownership & Display

  • The artist retains all rights to display the commissioned work in portfolios, exhibitions, or online.

  • Private commissions can be kept confidential upon request.

5. Final Payment & Delivery

  • Final payment is due before shipping.

  • Once complete, the artwork is shipped securely as per the standard shipping policy.

    License & Usage Policy (for Interactive Art Devices)

This applies to electronic or interactive art pieces that include embedded technology.

1. Personal Use License

  • All interactive devices are sold under a personal use license.

  • Buyers may display and use the product for private, non-commercial purposes only.

2. No Resale or Duplication

  • The resale, reverse engineering, duplication, or modification of the device or embedded software is prohibited without written permission.

  • Firmware and design files are not open-source unless explicitly stated.

3. Limited Warranty

  • Devices come with a limited 30-day functionality guarantee from the date of delivery.

  • If there’s a manufacturing defect, customers may request a replacement or repair.

  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, water exposure, or tampering.

4. Safety Notice

  • These are low-voltage art devices and not intended for heavy-duty or life-critical use.

  • Use in dry, indoor environments only unless otherwise specified.
